Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. At the show, she finished third. Summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
