The summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, she was on the podium at the Olympia and placed 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had finished 6th in the Fitness division despite having zero expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against only the very best. Ariel remains astonished, and brings new improvements to her body each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body for training is her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, in a machine and pull-ups as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves onto her work sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all of the back exercises she does. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
