Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 in the year she turned 16. A year later, at the age of 17 She was awarded her professional card. So she became an incredibly young IFBB Pro in history. Ariel stopped her professional career for a total of six years, to continue her education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off participating in elite competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more years and set new objectives each year. As of the end of 2009 she took home four more fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. In October 2015, she made her return to competition with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia arena and claimed 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing with some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps working to improve her body. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, in addition to bent-over row. A typical warm-up is done first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel is also efficient with time. This is accomplished by organizing all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets with 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is similar routine two times per week one day being light weight day, the second day being heavy weight.
