Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting gymnastics in her youth. Within a short time her age, she could get her Pro Card at age 17. So becoming one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel stopped her professional career for a period of six years in order to further her studies. She came back in 2015 and continued from where she previously left off participating in elite competitions such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years and set new targets each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competition to complete her degree at college. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later, and was awarded 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. When you consider she had to fight against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. She usually does bent-over rows and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated-rows. Her usual routine is to warm up then moves on to the work outs. In addition, Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
