Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she earned her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She first began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit gymnastics in her youth. One year later at 17 She was awarded her professional card. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage, after obtaining her Pro Card and completing her university studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel came back in the year 2015. It was the same as when she was in prior competitions, including The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed over the course of several years following her debut on the show and set higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness titles. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Ariel was able to take 6 years before completing her studies having earned her Professional Card. Then she returned in October 2015 to compete in her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th spot for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations and was pleased with the outcome. Ariel had to compete against several of the top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body for training to work on is her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single lat pull-downs with one arm in a machine and pull-ups and seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the workout sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. She does this by executing supersettings on all of back exercises. This is typically three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
