Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She first began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Pro Card in the year following aged 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the smallest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel put off her pro career for six years to pursue her studies. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance was a success, she competed for a long time and established new goals every year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. The most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of her placing. Considering she was battling against only the very best. Ariel keeps working to improve her physique. Ariel likes to exercise her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent rows with single lat pull-downs with one arm in a machine and pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the workout sets. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. She does this by executing supersettings to all of back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
