Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. In 2017, she was just 17 when she got her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was 16, and she gave up her gymnastics. Within just one year, she was able to get her Pro Card at age 17. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years the stage in order to complete her undergraduate studies. In 2015, she re-appeared to the stage and competed in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut on the show and set higher standards for herself each time. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. In October of 2015, she made her return to competition by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position within the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel states that she was not just proud of her placing. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. The majority of the time she warms up before moving onto the working sets. Additionally, Ariel loves to use her time the best way feasible. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises and performing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. This kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
