Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she got her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions in the year she turned 16. Within a short time her age, she could achieve her Professional Card at age 17. So she became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel put off her pro career for a total of six years, to continue her studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior shows, which included the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued competing over the course of several years following her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. At the end 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took six years off from competing after obtaining her pro card to finish her university education. In October of 2015, she made her return to competition to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to take part in Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage two months later to take home the sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had achieved 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. She was up against some of the most talented athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing new improvements to her physique every year. The body part that Ariel likes to exercise to work on is her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. Her warm-up is followed by moving on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
