Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the year 17 she was awarded her professional card just a year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. She first began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, shortly after ending her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She earned her Pro Card in the year following and was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel has been away for six years from the stage once she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her undergraduate studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was at in her previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years and set new objectives each year. By the time 2009 ended she won four additional fitness titles. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Ariel has taken six years off from the sport after she earned her pro license to complete her university education. In October 2015 to compete in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations and was satisfied with the results. She was up against the very best. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve each year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups on a machine as well as bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all of back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
