Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness events when she was 16 when she resigned from the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. In the year 17, she won her pro card just a year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was 16, and she quit gymnastics. Within a short time and a half, she was able earn her Pro Card aged 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage, after obtaining the Pro Card required to complete her college studies. In the year 2015 she returned on stage to compete in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first performance that she was competing in for a long time and made it a point to set new goals each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from the sport after she earned her pro license to complete her education at college. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th spot for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud about her achievement. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. The most she does is bent-over rows as well as single arm pull-downs (on a machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. The majority of the time she warms up before moving on to the workout sets. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. She combines all of her exercises in the back into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are what she is known for.
