Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was away for six years from the stage once she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up her previous place of taking part in elite contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first performance, she continued competing for a long time and determined to achieve higher standards each year. At the close of 2009, she took home four more fitness titles. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took six years off from competing after obtaining her pro license to complete her university education. Then she returned in the month of October with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The following month, she stepped onto the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position for the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel declares she was not just proud about her achievement. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. A typical warm-up is done first before beginning an actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are the way she works.
