Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card in the year following when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro participant model and sponsored athlete. She first began participating in fitness events when she was 16 after quitting gymnastics in her youth. A year later, at the age of 17 the athlete was granted her pro card. So becoming one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off on the field to finish her undergraduate studies. After that, she returned in 2015 and picked up her previous place of taking part in elite contests such as those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed over the course of several years following her debut, setting new targets for herself every year. In 2009 she had won four Fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. The young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree having earned her Professional Card. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the Phoenix Europa Games. The competition saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The following month Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups that are done with machines, as well as bent-over rows. It is common to warm up first before beginning the workout.
