Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her professional card just a year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. After quitting gymnastics She began competing in fitness events as a teenager. After only a year her age, she could get her Pro Card aged 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage, after obtaining the Pro Card required to complete her university studies. After that, she returned in 2015 and carried on from when she left competing in top competitions including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show that she was competing in over the years, and she determined to achieve higher standards each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from the sport to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have achieved 6th place in the Fitness Division even though she having zero expectations. Ariel was competing against many of the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is her favorite to do bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. She warms up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is also very efficient with time. Converting all the back exercises into three to supersets of 10-12 reps is the way she works.
