Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness events when she was just 16 years old. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She first began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of the gymnastics team she had played in as a child. She earned her Pro Card in the year following, at the age of 17. Thus becoming one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her undergraduate studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from when she left taking part in elite contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several seasons, setting new goals each year. As of the end of 2009 she had won four Fitness titles. In 2009she won an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competition after earning her pro-card to complete her university education. She made a comeback in October 2015 to compete in her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she came in 3rd place at the show. In June of 2016, she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she was on the podium at the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. She was up against the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs in a machine and pull-ups and seated rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by training. Ariel also Ariel loves to use her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all of back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
