Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit her gymnastics team in childhood. As a teenager She was granted her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her career in fitness in the year 16 when she decided to stop gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel has been away for six years from the stage, after obtaining her Pro Card and completing her studies at college. After that, she returned in 2015 to continue when she left performing in elite events like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut, setting new expectations for herself each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel was able to take six years off from the sport after she earned her professional card in order to complete her college education. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The competition saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was not just proud about her achievement. The competition was among some of the most talented athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent rows with one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. The majority of the time she warms up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets that range from 10-12 repetitions. This type of workout twice a week. The first day is lightweight day, and the other heavy weight day.
