Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness events when she was 16. Within just one year, she was able to achieve her Professional Card at age 17. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel put off her pro career for six years to pursue her studies. After that, she returned in 2015 to continue where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first performance was a success, she competed over the years, and she made it a point to set new goals each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to pursue her university degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to take part in Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel was on the podium at the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have been ranked 6th in the Fitness division despite having zero expectations. Ariel had to compete against many of the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The routine for her back consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups on a machine and bent-over rows. A typical warm-up is done first before beginning an actual workout. Also Ariel loves to use her time the best way possible. Her method is super organizing all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this similar routine two times per week. The first day is lightweight day, and the second day being heavy weight.
