Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. By the time 2009 ended, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competition to get her college degree. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd during the event. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her performance. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving onto working sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way feasible. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
