Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 when she resigned from her gymnastics team in childhood. She was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. Within a short time, she was able to obtain her Pro Card at age 17. So she became an incredibly young IFBB Pro in history. Ariel put off her pro career for a total of six years, to continue the education she wanted to pursue. In 2015, she re-appeared on the stage and took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for many more years and set new goals every year. As of the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. In October of 2015, she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The following month she was on the Olympia arena and claimed the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness division despite being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's top body part for training includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pull-ups on a machine as well as bent-over rows. She warms up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to supersets of 10-12 reps is the way she works.
