Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness events when she was 16 when she resigned from her gymnastics team in childhood. When she was 17, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her career in fitness at age 16, when she quit gym class. Within just one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from on the field to finish her university education. Then, in 2015, she returned to the stage, and participated in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a few more years, setting goals every year. She took home four other fitness awards by the end of the year. She was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. The young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. In October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she stepped onto the Olympia arena and claimed the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had achieved 6th place in the Fitness Division despite her lack of expectations. The competition was among the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing new improvements to her physique year after year. Ariel's top body part to exercise includes her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows as well as single arm pull-downs (on the machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. Her usual routine is to warm up then moves on to the working sets. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. The first day is light weight day, the second day being heavy weight.
