Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. She started competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16. A year later, at the age of 17 She was awarded her professional card. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was away for six years from the stage following her acquisition of her Pro Card and completing her studies at college. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first performance was a success, she competed over the years, and she established new goals every year. In 2009 she won four more Fitness titles. In 2009, she became an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competing after obtaining her pro-card to complete her university education. Then she returned in the month of October with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The competition saw her finish in third place. The summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel competed against many of the best athletes. Ariel remains astonished, and brings new improvements to her body each year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single lat pull-downs with one arm using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Warming up is usually done first before beginning an actual workout. Ariel is also efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings in all her back exercises. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
