Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After leaving gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she got her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to stop her work for six years to pursue her studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior competitions, including The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued competing throughout the years following her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. As of the end of 2009 she won four more health titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had to wait 6 years in order to complete her degree having earned her Professional Card. In the month of October with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the Phoenix Europa Games. The final result was that she came in 3rd place at the show. In June of 2016, she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th spot at the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have achieved 6th place in the Fitness Division despite her lack of expectations. She was up against some of the most talented athletes. Ariel keeps working to improve her physique. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups that are done with machines, as well as bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by training. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way can be. Ariel does so by doing supersettings in all back exercises. This is typically three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
