Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After leaving gymnastics She began competing in fitness events when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness events at the age of 16. After 17 years, she, she won her pro card. So she became one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. Following her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. Then, in 2015, she returned on stage to compete in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she competed throughout her career and made it a point to set new goals each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Ariel was able to take 6 years before completing her studies having earned her Professional Card. Her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped up on stage at the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel says she was not just proud of her performance. Ariel had to compete against many of the best athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Ariel warms herself before going on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with time. This is accomplished by organizing all of her back exercises and performing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
