Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 when she resigned from the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. A year later, at the age of 17 She was awarded her professional card. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage following her acquisition of her Pro Card to complete her college studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. It was the same as when she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show continued to compete throughout her career and made it a point to set new goals each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competing so she could get her college degree. In October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The following month, she stepped onto the Olympia stage and took home 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. She was up against the very best. Ariel remains astonished, and brings new improvements to her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to train to work on is her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Ariel warms herself before going towards her sets. Additionally, Ariel loves to use her time the best way can be. She does this by executing supersettings in all the back exercises she does. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
