Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card in the year following at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and sponsored athlete. After quitting gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16. Within a short time her age, she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from when she left performing in elite events such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show that she was competing in over the years, and she made it a point to set new goals each year. In 2009 she was the winner of more than four fitness titles. She was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from the sport to complete her degree at college. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The final result was that she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th spot within the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel says she was more than proud of her performance. Ariel had to compete against many of the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on an exercise machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. The warm-up phase is typically done before training. Ariel also likes to make the most of her workout time. Converting all the exercises in the back into three or supersets of 10-12 reps is what she is known for.
